9 | I love your message. Don't let anyone tell you you can't do it! I also appreciated your voice and arm movement, though even more vocal variety might improve it a little. |
Generally, it was really good. However, I would make your foot movement slightly more deliberate, based on the speech itself, so that every step has an impact. | Nov 25, 2010 |
| breajonesvideo CC 5: Mingle all the way Uploaded 17/Nov/101 evaluation |
9 | Great use of body language and humor. I also like that while you "speak to inform", you are clearly influencing us by encouraging us to act. The right knowledge to the right people is influential. Moreover, citing a study lends you credibility, so good job there too. |

9 | Great advice, Murphy! | I would like to hear more tips about how to memorise, or indeed whether we should memorise or just remember the big ideas and the supporting points. | Nov 25, 2010 |

| toastmaster1810 An Examination of Current Events Uploaded 8/Aug/101 evaluation |
8 | I love your humour, especially since it is topical. Good eye contact and hand gestures, too. |
Careful not to rely on notes. I suggest spending a little time mentally connecting the major ideas of the speech while practicing. | Aug 22, 2010 |

9 | I love your facial expressions and gestures. You are very expressive and that works well for a roast. | Aug 22, 2010

9 | Great message, Andy! Great use of audience participation, eye contact, hand gestures, clear speaking, pauses and vocal variety. You are the Soapbox Guru we are talking about! | Jul 3, 2010
| ravimittal TM Ravi Mittal - Speech Project 10 - I've Never Been Inspired By Inspirational Speeches Uploaded 20/Jun/101 evaluation |
8 | I agree! Inspiration is not always as easy as hearing a speech! You have clearly practiced a lot. Very deliberate and relevant foot and hand movements. |
Not much room for improvement, though you might consider smiling and moving your feet a bit more. What is your passion? You could put that in somewhere as a transition. |

| SuperstitionTM Deby Tooker with Karen Horner evaluating Uploaded 3/Jun/101 evaluation |
9 | I like your friendly, smiling way of speaking. Your hand and body movements seem appropriate and descriptive. They add to the meaning and the energy of your speech. |
You seem a little nervous but a little more preparation and practice would reduce that. Also, a little more vocal variety would go great with a story like this, and with your motions and movements. |

| devonbrough Toastmaster District 74 Division H Contest - Ryan Ebedes Uploaded 13/May/101 evaluation |
9 | Excellent use of visuals and props. Clear voice, good vocal variety. Good use of humour--not excessive but light, keeping us entertained and interested. | May 22, 2010
| Matt McCormick Toastmasters Speech #5 - High Performance the Lazy Way Uploaded 21/May/101 evaluation |
9 | Great vocal variety and clear speaking. Good eye contact. Plus it was funny! | More preparation of your script, or even better of your basic points only, would make your speaking smoother. You were also looking for feedback on smooth body language. It seemed a little jumpy. I suggest reducing the number of gestures and movements and making the ones you do more deliberate. |

| cds3154 TOT Speaker 1 - 04-29-10 Uploaded 1/May/101 evaluation |
8 | Good human nature perspective to show what the problem is. The system you talk about is great and I have tried to use it before, and you explain it well. | I wonder if the audience could follow everything without visuals. Visuals might be really useful in a speech like this. But your hand gestures contributed a bit to the visuals. | May 9, 2010 |
| telecomparktm 100506 Greg Speech Uploaded 7/May/101 evaluation |
8 | Your point was very clear and well made. I was wondering recently about the video games badge and this speech clarified how it can be a good scout badge. I like your informal style, your clear voice, vocal variety and hand movements. |
Sorry if you know this already, but I suggest avoiding using notes as much as possible. It is a bit distracting. But you nonetheless minimised the extent to which they were distracting by looking at your audience often and referring to visuals. | May 9, 2010 |

| jddubin Diane lesson speech.MPG Uploaded 8/May/101 evaluation |
9 | I love your voice. It added a lot to the power of the speech. I could really feel like I was there cheering for you, and then being disappointed for you. | Nothing really to improve on--maybe your foot movement could be a little more controlled and purposeful; maybe your hand movements could be a little more deliberate too; but they may be fine already. | May 9, 2010 |
| jddubin Eric brother speech.MPG Uploaded 8/May/101 evaluation |
9 | Very forceful speech, which I love. Good use of outside experts, research and history. | Careful about looking to the ground and the side. I suggest keeping your eyes on your audience. It shows you are communicating with them, that the message is for them, and forces them to stay with you the whole time. | May 9, 2010 |
| cds3154 TOT Speaker 3 - 03-25-10 (PART 1) Uploaded 27/Mar/101 evaluation |
7 | I like your style of storytelling. You are calm, not too formal. Good way to explain why you are using notes. Very interesting story. | Not sure why you said "Mr Toastmaster, fellow TMs" and so on in the middle of the speech. I think it sounds better nearer the start, within the first minute. | May 9, 2010 |
| andyb3112691 Ice Breaker "It's up to you" Andy Barbiero Uploaded 28/Apr/102 evaluations |
9 | You sure this was your icebreaker? You are already a pro! Great energy, storytelling, body movements and gestures, although it was funny the way you described the woman you saw (your wife's) hair! I also liked things like "seven magic words" because I could guess the words. Good wording and pause after it. |
Your feet moved a little too much. Try not to move around all the time. I always do the same thing. The idea might be, every time you transition to a new paragraph, as it were, take two steps to one side, then when you get to the next part take two more steps in the other direction. | May 9, 2010 |

| CrowncityToastmaster Toastmasters 2-16-2010 part 2 Uploaded 3/Mar/101 evaluation |
7 | Good use of pictures and props. Good use of your hands: not excessive, relevant to what you say. | Try to make it smoother. I think you do not really need notes because you seem to know your subject well. All you really need is confidence. | Mar 12, 2010 |

9 | Variedad de voz excelente, y movimientos muy comicos. Muy divertido! | Es posible que muevas un poco demasiado. Guarda los movimientos para cuando imitas, y tendran mucho impacto. | Feb 14, 2010 |
| CrystalTalkTM Toastmasters speech 6 "Curious Case of a Happy Pet" Part 1 Uploaded 5/Feb/101 evaluation |
7 | I love the way your voice gets gradually softer as you end your sentences and then suddenly gets back to normal as you resume the storytelling part of your story. I think you could do that even more as you vary the emotion and energy of your message. | You generally choose your words really well. Just try to get rid of the "ok"s. | Feb 8, 2010 |

| StageTime Toastmasters Funniest Humorous Speech by Toastmasters World Champion Speaker, Darren LaCroix Uploaded 24/Dec/091 evaluation |
10 | You are not only funny but a great actor. You demonstrate great ways to entertain an audience, most importantly speaking to your audience in a language they understand better than anyone else. | It is so hard to give someone like Darren LaCroix feedback! Not sure why you had a script. Seemed like unnecessary notes. |

9 | I loved it! Interesting, great vocal variety, great message. | You are clearly an experienced speaker so you probably already know from watching yourself what room you have for improvement. I noticed you put your hands in your pocket once, and you might be more careful not to point too much. Otherwise, well done! |
