Furthermore, fear of failure will trigger unwanted superfluous preparations so that you assume to ensure sure success. This sucks your energy levels and you stop enjoying your present state due to your preoccupation of doing the tasks, which will ultimately impair your self-esteem.

Do you think, you will quit smoking anytime because you smoke occasionally one or two cigarettes because it is fun. I too felt the same. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I will take up this life threatening habit. Smoking started as an adventure, this drag of puff inhaled my life out of me and I was hooked for smoking. Even during my busy schedule, I never hesitated taking time for smoking, never bothered asking someone's cigarette. I was amazed that a habit as stupid as smoking can reduce a man's dignity.
